I really appreciate that Robert Kouveras took time out to give me information regarding the services he provides within his section. The information was given to me earlier than expected.
I was very satisfied with the representative I spoke with, but very dissatisfied with the results which appear to be state and federal law.
Gary Albritton did a great and fast kob of responding to our request for a 60% design submittal
The neighborhood traffic calming process in still in the works, therefore some of the questions within the questionere cannot yet be answered.
Contacted both Cheryl Tacey & Chris O'Keefe concerning different aspects of design plans for a signal modification. Both were quick, friendly, and very effecient is answering my questions.
Your staff members were all very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I had spoken to 3 of them: Pete Brett (307-1719), Robert K. (307-1795), and Remy Ogunsola (307-1812).

Orig concern expressed May 15. Cty responded by email promptly to original and followon reports of prob. Problem still not rectified as of 9 June! Credibility of email responsiveness is questionable when no corrective action is observed.
Through this whole endevor of getting people to help, Gary's been Great!

I don't how to assess "Contact Frequency," as we're just starting.
THIS response was prompt. Not so in past dealings w/ dept. Several yrs ago I was told we were on list to be studied & the meetings would be held within a few months. It took over 2 yrs w/ unanswered calls & excuses.
My question was not answered!!! Why??
Edward Albritton has shown to be consistently helpful and timely.
Solutions and public hearing presentations were at the professional level. The timeliness of implementing the solution is agonizing. The request for Traffic Calming on Little Road submitted November 2005. 1.5 years to have a public hearing?

none came and it has been over 30 days .. i had a quick response to my email .. but the branches are still out there.. i m amazed the branches havent fallen down yet . i m talking about big ones not tiny branches!
