Spoke with a Ms. Bruch and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Exceptional Customer Service! Friendly, knowlegable, concerned and helpful John Vanacore was most helpful, courteous, and professional. He took the time to help me understand and explained the related traffic regulations. This was a great team effort. staff very professional Thanks to Mr. McCarthy for his concern! Great job done. Chris! We are still waiting for a positive reply about the signal request Robert Suess is very thorough Peter Brett is professional and takes action very helpful & concerned I've been promised that my issue will be looked into and the outcome forwarded to me. I will check to see if the signals improve and respond. Neutral mark on #4 is certainly an issue problem that does not appear to have a quick resolution. Staff was extremely helpful. Mike, your picture does not do you justice. By phone, I was told 60% were required to complete project, according to Ms. Stacks, 75% is required? What is the correct amount> Thank You for redirection. Always very cooperative. The Traffic Div. provides outstanding service. THE VERY QUICK RESPONSE BY 2 INDIVIDUALS WAS VERY IMPRESSING. Buz Barbour was very helpful. Thanks Buz! Chris OKeefe /Excellent Customer Service Skills needs to get better response from teco. Chris O'Keefe was very helpful and responded very fast. Feedback was timely and approrpriate I really appreciate that Robert Kouveras took time out to give me information regarding the services he provides within his section. The information was given to me earlier than expected. I was very satisfied with the representative I spoke with, but very dissatisfied with the results which appear to be state and federal law. Gary Albritton did a great and fast kob of responding to our request for a 60% design submittal The neighborhood traffic calming process in still in the works, therefore some of the questions within the questionere cannot yet be answered. Contacted both Cheryl Tacey & Chris O'Keefe concerning different aspects of design plans for a signal modification. Both were quick, friendly, and very effecient is answering my questions. Your staff members were all very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I had spoken to 3 of them: Pete Brett (307-1719), Robert K. (307-1795), and Remy Ogunsola (307-1812). Excellent service. Timely and professional. WOW!!! INCREDIBLE!!!! I got a response the same day, and was told the problem wouldbe rectified. You have won my respect!!! Was extremely surprised with the promptness that I recvd. Edward Albritton was very informative and very helpful. Many thanks. TBE is doing an excellent job for Hillsborough residents. Have not had verbal communication with the staff, but the e-mail response has been great. I look forward to hearing more from you. BRAVO! The service I received was second to none. I was totally expecting to go round and round with the county. EVERYONE I contacted responded in less than 3 hours & my inquiry was resolved in 24. Excellent job. In this case, traffic calming, Thank you. Happy with support, but not the answers. Orig concern expressed May 15. Cty responded by email promptly to original and followon reports of prob. Problem still not rectified as of 9 June! Credibility of email responsiveness is questionable when no corrective action is observed. Through this whole endevor of getting people to help, Gary's been Great! prompt response to request Chris OKeefe was very responsive to our needs and responded to my requests for additional information very quickly. He delivered as promised and never made me feel that he was doing us a favor. Best experience with the County so far. not sure these apply, this is my first serious attempt to try and find a solution to this issue, which until now, has just been frustrating in trying to figure out who is responsible. I can't really say as the e-mails were prompt, however, the action ....we'll need to see on that. Thanks very much for the Senior Zone that was installed in front of John Knox Village. My dad moved there in January 2007 and it helps getting in and out a lot. Mr. R. Kouveras responded quickly to my inquiry and followed up with an additional phone call. He took the time to listen and helped me beyond expectation. L. Griffin Given the workload;great job! N/A I don't how to assess "Contact Frequency," as we're just starting. THIS response was prompt. Not so in past dealings w/ dept. Several yrs ago I was told we were on list to be studied & the meetings would be held within a few months. It took over 2 yrs w/ unanswered calls & excuses. My question was not answered!!! Why?? Edward Albritton has shown to be consistently helpful and timely. Solutions and public hearing presentations were at the professional level. The timeliness of implementing the solution is agonizing. The request for Traffic Calming on Little Road submitted November 2005. 1.5 years to have a public hearing? we still are trying to get our speed bumps- Mr. Robert Wood has always been extremely helpful and very encouraging to work with. Provided info I need above what I had requested. Receiving a courteous response within hours of sending an inquiry about a traffic signal and being promised that it will be quickly evaluated and corrective actions taken is outstanding customer service. Downed street sign reported and was fixed within 2 hours - amazing response! ed albritton was fast and responsive Chris o keefe and all of the county representitives have been very helpful when called upon. I received a response but did not answer my question. I was referred to FDOT for the answer. Responsed w/in 5 hours, and that's impressive! Promises made at public hearing not kept after construction Response has always been prompt, either the same business day or the next. Ed Albritton was extremely helpful and responsive I can't believe how quick the repair to the school sign was? The reply to my email was fast too. Thank you for repairing the sign. none came and it has been over 30 days .. i had a quick response to my email .. but the branches are still out there.. i m amazed the branches havent fallen down yet . i m talking about big ones not tiny branches! no traffic light was installed close to a school for chilren crossing the other side of the street It was a waste of taxpayer money. adding pain to my travels on local roads. I slow down and the car still rebounds some. Other drivers drive over them at forty or more mphs and treat me as a speed impedement with nice jesters. The was of fuel because of these devices go against fe outstanding service Mr Remy Ugonsola is very prompt in return calls and emails. Bill and George with your signal division are always extremely helpful and resolve issues quickly. Bill Davies was very helpful with assisting us with our design. Mr. Kouveras was extremely kind, attentive, professional and concerned for our situation; he is truly a tribute to the County! Rob Suess and the Traffic Team have provided outstanding services in putting in dip signs on roadways where sinkholes have caused a dip in the roadway. This warns people of the uneven roadway until repairs can be accomplished. Great Team. Thanks!
